Anne Chenge: Ideas to Action Faculty Award

Professor Anne Cheng received the Ideas to Action Faculty Award, Campus Dining’s inaugural award program for student and faculty members who collaborate and advance the Princeton mission around food.  This grew out of Professor Cheng's literature and food course (Literature, Food, and the American Racial Diet), where she asked the students to cook and to write about their cooking and the foods that they use.  Cheng worked with Campus Dining and university chefs who collaborated with the students.
