The Department of English encourages students to use the wide range of career resources available on campus.

GradFUTURES

Developed by the Office of the Dean of the Graduate School, GradFUTURES is a “campus-wide professional development initiative, to empower you with the professional competencies and connections you need to chart your future with clarity and confidence.” This initiative, directed specifically toward the graduate student community, includes knowledgeable staff, informative events, and a wealth of helpful resources.

GradFUTURES offers guidance specific to graduate students in the Department of English.

Center for Career Development

Supporting both undergraduates and graduates, the Center for Career Development offers extensive services to assist students with career exploration. These services include individual career counseling, events such as workshops, career panels, alumni guest speakers, employer information sessions, and career fairs.

Office of Human Resources

Princeton’s Office of Human Resources offers resources for people seeking employment at Princeton.

UCAN

The University Career Action Network (UCAN) is an internship-only site, shared by 22 member schools including Princeton. The consortium is “committed to ensuring open and equitable access to a broad range of opportunities, across all industries and sectors, for all undergraduate students.”
