Other employment includes alternative-academic careers such as Digital Humanities positions, administrative positions in an array of university settings (from residential life to college administration), and grant-writing. Our graduates have gone into journalism, editorial and publishing work, and creative writing (several famous novelists are graduates of our PhD program). Our graduates have also begun careers in law, politics, government, and consulting.
