2025 Majors Colloquium brings together English majors, faculty, and staff to consider severance

On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, presenting reflections on Severed, the topic chosen by this year's senior majors, English professors Eduardo Cadava, the Philip Mayhew Professor of English; Andrew Cole, the Woodrow Wilson Professor of Literature; and Professor of English Bradin Cormack drew on literature, philosophy, and critical theory, with compliments to the current TV series Severance and Ling Ma's 2018 novel Severance, noting series and novel as unrelated and both recommended.
