Chelsea Adewunmi joined the Department of English Literature at Princeton University in 2008. She earned her B.A. (cum laude) from Vassar College, where she focused on English Literature, and her M.A. in Performance Studies from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Chelsea’s areas of intellectual commitment include Performance Studies, African-American Literature and Culture, Nineteenth Century Literature, Sound Studies, Visual Culture, Avant Garde and Experimental Aesthetics, Feminist, Gender and Sexuality Studies, and Studies of Corporeality and the Body
